Refund policy

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery within the UAE to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

    • Tags still attached and packaging intact.

    • Accompanied by the proof of purchase.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Gift cards

    • Final sale items

    • Underwear and customized products for hygiene reasons.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address within the UAE.

  3. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
